Nikiti Beach is a small family run hotel located at the most central point of Nikiti’s beach.Nikiti is the first village of Sithonia, second peninsula of Halkidiki.
Our hotel consists of four buildings, with guest rooms located in three of them. On our premises, you will also find a restaurant and a café-gelateria, which also operates as a beach bar serving the beach directly in front of the hotel. We have attached Google Maps photos to help you locate us more easily.
Since 2023, Studio Nikiti Beach has been undergoing a complete renovation and upgrade programme aimed at improving both our accommodation and common areas.
In 2023, the Absolut building was fully renovated. In 2024, the former Standard building was also completely renovated and renamed Mitte. During the same period, all common areas of the property were redesigned, a new reception building was constructed, and a swimming pool of approximately 250 sq.m. was added.
Further improvements were made to the Superior building, including the renovation of the bathrooms and the replacement of the air-conditioning systems.
For the 2027 season, the complete interior renovation of the Superior building will also be finished. The rooms will be entirely redesigned with new interiors, furniture and upgraded facilities.
With the completion of this final stage, all guest accommodation areas and hotel facilities at Studio Nikiti Beach will be fully renovated and upgraded, completing the transformation of the property and offering our guests a modern, comfortable and consistent experience throughout the hotel.
Nikiti is a family friendly destination surrounded by the old settlement of traditional stone houses, the Church of Nikitas built back in 1867, its own folklore museum, even an archeological ground with historic ruins of Vasiliki Sofroniou (5th century).
Support people in free Down town you will find super markets, pharmacies, a Bank, diagnostic health care centers and private medical practice. Going to the beach you will reach Nikiti’s port , a lot of restaurants , bar, souvenir shops and of course a long sandy beach!

The hotel is composed of four buildings with a big shared garden, pool located just a few footsteps away across the road from the beach.Around you will find a mini market, tavernas, kiosk and cafeterias.In front of the hotel the café gelateria “To Spitaki” provides sun beds on the beach (extra charge), and the Taverna Antigoni offers traditional greek specialties.
During the evening hours, the beach road transforms into a pedestrian zone offering relaxing walks!
